Buyers for group homes, shelters and other residential facilities sometimes want their lounge or common areas to feel more like home while maintaining the durability necessary for their facility.  We have selected a variety of items to address this need and placed them into three lines of complimentary items.  The items in each line can be mixed and matched as desired.

The York line consists of a sofa, loveseat and chair each with a sturdy frame constructed of heavy duty metal with a bronze finish.  Each piece includes removable tear resistant black vinyl cushions filled with synthetic fibers as well as protective plastic caps on each foot to protect your floors.  This line also includes a set of heavy duty occasional tables with shelves (2 end tables and 1 coffee table) with a clean lined steel frame in a powder coated matte finish and each leg has footpads to protect your floors, while the tops and shelves are crafted of manufactured wood with laminate veneers in a gray distressed finish.  The final piece of this line is a simple three shelf TV Stand with a strong black metal frame and smooth wood shelves in light walnut finish.

All items are boxed and shipped manufacturer direct to the customer with minor assembly required.  All items come with a five year limited warranty.
