Buyers for group homes, shelters and other residential facilities sometimes want their lounge or common areas to feel more like home while maintaining the durability necessary for their facility.  We have selected a variety of items to address this need and placed them into three lines of complimentary items.  The items in each line can be mixed and matched as desired.

The James line consists of a sofa, loveseat and chair each with a welded black frame constructed of Powder Coated Steel Tube with base seating panels constructed of steel slats and X-Design arms.  Each piece includes removable tear resistant gray vinyl foam cushions and replaceable arm panels as well as protective plastic caps on each foot to protect your floors.  This line also includes a set of heavy duty occasional tables with shelves (2 end tables and 1 coffee table) constructed of resilient iron sheets with a black finish and each leg has footpads to protect your floors.

All items are boxed and shipped manufacturer direct to the customer with minor assembly required.  All items come with a five year limited warranty.
